INITIAL CONSULTATION

Step 1: Schedule a call

  • Let's jump in a call to discuss your goals, current fitness level, and race targets. This call is about understanding your "why" and how we can achieve it together.

Step 2: Personalized Training Blueprint

  • Based on our consultation, I'll create a personalized training blueprint that fits your lifestyle, race goals, and fitness level. Whether you’re preparing for your first 5k or a marathon, the plan will guide you with precision.

Step 3: Continuous Support & Progress Updates

  • Throughout your training, I’ll be by your side. We’ll have weekly (or bi-weekly) check-ins, where we can review your progress and make necessary adjustments. You’ll also get ongoing access to me for any questions.

Step 4: Race Prep & Recovery Plan

  • When it’s time for your race, I’ll help you mentally and physically prepare for race day. Afterward, we’ll review your performance and design a recovery plan that ensures you bounce back stronger.

PERSONALIZED 1:1 COACHING

I offer two types of coaching programs designed to meet you where you are.
Whether you’re just getting started or pushing toward a new personal best, these options are here to help you achieve your goals.

1. Performance Push

This is the premium option for runners who want personalized attention and Individualized training plans

  • Weekly check-ins to adjust and review progress.

  • Training plans updated based on progress, lifestyle changes, or race goals.

  • Unlimited text and email support for questions and guidance between calls.(up to 24 hrs response)

  • Additional perks like race-day strategies, mindset coaching, and recovery planning.

This would suit someone preparing for their race goal, or those aiming to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

2. Steady Progress

This option offers a structured plan with less frequent 1:1 interaction.

  • A training plan based on your race or distance.

  • A monthly check-in call or email for adjustments and progress review.

    This suits those who want to improve but prefer more independence but still need some guidance.
